Thank you for choosing Alpine Clean & Shine. We are committed to providing quality cleaning services with professionalism and reliability. Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they outline our expectations and policies for a positive experience.
Services Provided
Alpine Clean & Shine offers a range of cleaning services, including but not limited to residential cleaning, office cleaning, and post-construction cleaning.
Supplies and Equipment
Alpine Clean & Shine provides all standard cleaning supplies and equipment. If you have specific product preferences or requirements, please inform us in advance. We may be able to accommodate requests, but additional charges may apply.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules can change. However, we kindly request 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
The full-service fee will be charged if we arrive at the scheduled location and cannot access the property.
Sick Policy
To maintain a safe and healthy environment, our team members will not work if they are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness. If a service must be rescheduled due to the illness of a team member, we will contact you immediately to arrange an alternative date that suits your schedule. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility under these circumstances.
Bodily Fluids and Hazardous Materials
For the safety of our team, Alpine Clean & Shine does not handle hazardous materials or bodily fluids, including blood, vomit, and urine. If such situations are present and undisclosed, we may be unable to complete the service, and additional fees may apply.
Damage and Liability
We take great care in handling items in your property, but we are not liable for damage caused by items with inherent instability (e.g., artwork not properly secured to walls). If any damage occurs, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address it promptly.
Access and Security
Please ensure that Alpine Clean & Shine has appropriate access to your property at the
scheduled service time.
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. Alpine Clean & Shine accepts various payment methods. Late payments may incur additional charges.
Agreement
By scheduling a service with Alpine Clean & Shine, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to amend these terms as necessary, and any changes will be communicated to you.
